Messages from dishonest parties

Recently, it has come to our attention that dishonest individuals are sending messages to people in our name to scam them out of money. Since we send messages ourselves and offer customers the option to pay import fees, we would like to mention a few things to keep in mind to be sure the messages are genuine.

• If you are not expecting a package, do not open the message.
• If the message is from an international number, do not open the message.

If you are undecided, do not open the message. We deliver all packages even if the fees haven't been paid; customers always have the option to pay in person upon delivery.
