When shipping a package

To send an express shipment, Pick- up for export shipments must be booked by phone 4200 900 before 13:30 and the package will be collected from your location. It is also possible to create an electronic waybill using the link below. Flights depart Iceland in the afternoon, ensuring fast delivery. The following services are available with UPS express shipments.

Delivery the next business day if Express is selected:

• Before 10:30 in over 200 cities in Europe.
• Before 12:00 in over 500 cities in Europe.

Delivery the next business day if Express Saver is selected:

• By the end of the day in 700 cities in Europe.

Shipments sent collect-on-delivery are always the responsibility of the sender. If the recipient refuses to pay the shipping costs, the charges will be redirected to the sender in Iceland. The recipient still has the right to receive the shipment.

If an exporter intends to apply for a VAT refund or exemption, it is necessary to request an E-14 inspection, during which customs officers will inspect the goods and stamp the export documents. The inspection must take place before the goods leave the country.
