You can change the address for shipments here: Change delivery location.

According to customs law, value-added tax must be paid on the total value of the shipment. If the buyer pays the shipping costs to the seller, that cost is considered part of the value of the goods. Therefore, when the shipment is cleared through customs, VAT is calculated on both the purchase price of the goods and the shipping cost.

To get VAT refunded from the Tax Office, you need to request an E-14 inspection request; see the price in the fee schedule. Once it has been stamped, you will receive it by email. If the importer is other than UPS, you must return the inspection request to them to process the refund. Otherwise, your shipment will proceed to customs clearance, and you will be refunded once the customs clearance is complete.

Express is delivered by the next business day.

Express Saver is delivered by the end of the next business day.

Please note: Not all areas offer Express.

Additionally, confirmation from the repairer must be provided that the repair is covered by warranty. Customs officials will confirm the export of the product and re-examine it when it returns to the country. It is the recipient's responsibility to provide all relevant documentation upon the product's return. Please note that if payment is made for the repair, value-added tax (VAT) must be paid on the repair cost.

Under Customs law, Specific and limited exemptions from import duties may apply to gifts sent to individuals, subject to certain conditions. These exemptions apply only to gifts sent by individuals to other individuals and do not apply to gifts sent from companies to individuals.

Each shipment is assessed by Customs in each case. The goods are inspected, and Customs must confirm that the shipment qualifies as a gift before VAT and other import duties can be waived.

Here is a summary of the conditions that a shipment must meet to be considered for exemption. Please note that all shipments must undergo customs inspection prior to delivery.

Note: The gift exemption does not apply to wine or other alcoholic beverages. Import duties must be paid on such shipments, regardless of whether the product is considered a gift.
